Alon Tourism Solutions is excited to offer an exclusive presence opportunity at IPW, a seamless way for your tourism business to gain valuable exposure without needing to attend in person. Expand your reach and impact at IPW by partnering with Alon to represent your tourism business. Alon will act as an extension of your team, showcasing your offerings at our booth and throughout the event to help strengthen your existing relationships and build new connections. This approach maximizes your visibility, promotes valuable conversations, and positions your business as a trusted partner in the tourism industry, all while you focus on other priorities.

What’s Included:

  • Alon will represent your company as part of a co-op in appointments with international inbound operators, MICE, OTAs, and tourism media.
  • Alon will start the conversation by introducing you via email and sharing your sales materials with each operator.
  • Preparation of schedule, complete list of buyer appointments, including buyer profiles and meeting notes for your follow-up and records.
  • Creation of digital sales collateral and individual collateral distribution on-site.
  • Assistance with individual tradeshow material preparation.
  • Complete buyer list of all appointments had during the show.

Program Registration Terms & Conditions

When registering for an Alon program, full payment is due at the time of registration. Once you have registered for a paid program, fees are non-refundable.

Program participation is for one attendee per event unless otherwise stated. For Alon programs listed as “Material Distribution” or “Presence Opportunities,” you authorize Alon to represent your business at these events and will not be attending in person.

Travel expenses and printing costs are NOT included in registration fees unless otherwise stated.
