The Greater Orlando area is a major USA gateway for international inbound East Coast visitation, connecting travelers to the rest of the USA. It is also home to some of the largest receptive tour operators driving inbound USA travel!

Join us for the return of our HIGHLY ANTICIPATED 22nd Florida Sales Mission. Tourism suppliers & buyers will connect through a strategic blend of face-to-face meetings & business networking events. Our proven platform is designed to cultivate, strengthen, and sustain successful B2B partnerships!

WHO:

Meet with pre-vetted international receptive tour operators (RTOs) & destination management companies (DMCs). Their FIT, GROUP, & MICE clients are from international destinations around the globe, all coming to the USA for leisure, business, & educational travel. You will also meet with a few domestic tour operators and OTAs.

WHAT:

Face-to-face office sales calls & networking events in the Greater Orlando area!

  • 2.5 days of in-person, in-office sales calls
  • Brunch/Business Networking Event in Orlando with travel trade buyers
  • Intimate networking event (further details TBA)
WHEN:
  • Monday, 11/9 – Opening Supplier Orientation (+ TBA networking event)
  • Tuesday, 11/10 – Brunch/Business Networking Event + Sales Calls
  • Wednesday, 11/11 – Orlando Area Sales Calls
  • Thursday, 11/12 – Orlando Area Sales Calls – Late Departure Available
  • Friday, 11/13 – Depart

When registering for an Alon program, full payment is due at the time of registration. Once you have registered for a paid program, fees are non-refundable.

Program participation is for one attendee per event unless otherwise stated. For Alon programs listed as “Material Distribution” or “Presence Opportunities,” you authorize Alon to represent your business at these events and will not be attending in person.

Travel expenses and printing costs are NOT included in registration fees unless otherwise stated.
